Founded in 2002, FWP is a bespoke production service supporting photographers, directors, agencies, and brands.

Our founder, Fiona, is an experienced producer and casting director — and a true people person. She has a talent for creating an environment that brings out the best in everyone involved.

At FWP, we believe that great work is the result of collaboration between talented people. While delivering projects efficiently and on budget is always essential, it’s the shared creativity and teamwork that truly make our productions stand out.

Project Management

Whether in studio or on location, at home or abroad, our process adapts as required for both motion and stills productions. After carefully budgeting your project, we can take care of everything, from all stages of pre-production to final delivery.

We are equally happy to quote on any part of your production

Our dedicated team looks after casting, location sourcing, location management, recces, permits, traffic management, risk assessments, model licences, set builds, prop sourcing, and styling. Fiona personally oversees the work schedule, ensuring you and your clients are happy every step of the way…

From initial proposal to final delivery

Casting

Castings can be carried out live in the studio, virtually, or from model cards, recent photos, and self-recorded videos. We are more than happy to discuss the merits of each option for your specific brief and budget.

Our sister agency Street Cast Models provides an excellent resource of tried-and-tested talent, and our database features a diverse range of ages and ethnicities which is regularly updated with fresh faces.

If necessary, child license applications can also be arranged, as well as any relevant risk assessments and child protection policies.

Bringing your productions to life

On Set

Because we finalise all the details of preproduction as much as possible in advance, we can make sticking to the schedule on the day our focus. This means that when unexpected challenges or requests arise, we always have the headspace to address them.

We manage the minutiae of your shot list, ensuring all teams do their bit to keep everything on track. Great coffee and delicious catering are essential, and always help smooth the wheels for a successful shoot.

Art Buying

Our long-established network of contacts and industry insight allows us to source the best directors and photographers in the business. Extensive experience negotiating fees means we are able to secure the most competitive rates as well.

Sustainability

Our aim at FWP is to produce shoots as sustainably as we can. We skilled up with the help of Adgreen training in 2020.

We started by implementing their Five Easy Things before progressing to full carbon calculations, enabling us to really assess in detail the environmental impact of our shoots.

This data helps us understand how to advise our clients from the outset about how to reduce the carbon footprints of their productions.
