With a background in art direction and more than 20 years of production experience, Fiona brings an exceptional depth of understanding to your creative briefs.  Each project requires just the right blend of skills, and Fiona takes great pride in assembling the best possible team everytime.  In addition to our regular gang of assistants, production managers, runners and drivers, we bring in talented freelancers as required to achieve the best creative results.  Our crew are always grafters with a can-do attitude.  Everything we do, we do with a smile.

No two shoots are ever the same. Whether in studio or on location, at home and abroad, our process remains consistent across moving images and stills. After a careful budgeting of the project, we take care of everything – before, during, and after the shoot. Our dedicated team looks after casting, reccies, permits, traffic management, risk assessments, model licences, set builds, prop sourcing, and styling. Fiona personally oversees the work schedule herself, ensuring your clients are happy every step of the way – from initial proposal to final delivery. 

Fiona is an experienced casting director. Castings can be carried out live in studio, virtually, or from model cards, recent photos, and self-recorded videos. We are more than happy to discuss the merits of each option when it comes to your specific brief and budget. Our sister agency – Street cast models – provides an excellent resource of tried-and-tested talent, and our database features a diverse range of ages and ethnicities which is regularly updated with fresh faces. If necessary, child license applications can also be arranged, as well as any relevant risk assessments or child protection policies.

Because we finalise all the details of preproduction as much as possible in advance, we can make sticking to schedule on the day our focus. This means that when unexpected challenges or requests arise, we always have the necessary headspace to address them. We manage the minutiae of every shoot day closely, ensuring all teams do their bit to stay on track. Great coffee and delicious catering are essential, and always help smooth the wheels for a successful shoot.

Our long-established network of contacts and industry insight allows us to source the best directors and photographers in the business. Extensive experience negotiating fees means we are able to secure the most competitive rates as well.

Our aim at FWP is to produce shoots as sustainably as we can. We skilled up with the help of Adgreen training in 2020. We started by implementing their  “Five Easy Things” before progressing to full carbon calculations, enabling us to really assess in detail the environmental impact of our shoots. This data helps us understand how to advise our clients from the outset about how to reduce the carbon footprints of their productions.
